Except of the screen size. all features of both the tablets are same. Both lacks 3G and GPS features which, according to MSI authorities, are not much used in India. However it supports 3G dongle.

ViewSonic Viewpad features are similar (or somehow inferior) to the Olive Pad.

No tablets with Android 3.0 Honeycomb or later versions are available under 20K. However, the available options aren’t bad too. I really liked the Mercury mTab which packs almost every thing for a decent price. The only missing feature, 3G could easily compensated with external dongle. What do you think??

I can feel you are making your mind for Spice MI-410 which is actually Huawei X6 (means indirectly you are buying a huawei phone). I think you should go for this option as it fulfills all your specification requirements. Also Android 2.3 gingerbread update for Spice MI410 is now available in India.
