For all those who are still waiting to own an Android smartphone that would suit your budget, here is two good news. Micromax has come up with two new phones in the Indian market within the range of Rs 8,000.
Dubbed as Micromax A73 and Micromax A78 in its Superfone series, the two phones are dual-SIM compatible and powered with 650MHz processor. Both run on Android v2.3 Gingerbread operating system and features 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, giving a resolution of 480×320 pixels.

- Bluetooth
- MicroUSB 2.0
- Supports up to 32GB via microSD
- 1300mAh battery, giving a talk-time of 4 hours
There are two basic differences between the two phones. Micromax A78 is equipped with portrait QWERTY keyboard and the camera is 2MP and 3MP respectively.

Both the phones got lots of pre-installed apps such as Quickr, Toi, Facebook, Whats App, ibibo Cricardo, ibibo Teenpatti, Polaris Office Suit, Saavn and of course the Micromax App Store.
