Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched new STV which offers to reduce all call rates for BSNL mobile users in Kolkata Telecom Circle. Through this new STV 96, BSNL customers are able to enjoy all Local and STD calls for all over India. Customer can e-recharge with STV 96 and get all Local to other BSNL network within the same circle at just 10 paise/minute while other Off-Net Local calls can be made at just 30 Paise/min.

- Local call charge BSNL to other network 30 P/min
- STD call charge within BSNL network 30 P/min
- STD call charge BSNL to other network 50 P/min
